Hoverline Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Hoverline game (the "Game"), operated by SwiftMuse (a trading name of QPOI Limited) ("we", "us", "our").

1) Data we collect

None. Hoverline does not collect, store on our servers, or transmit any personal data. We have no servers that receive your data, and the Game requires no account.

2) Data stored on your device

The Game saves your progress locally on your device only, including high scores, unlocked cosmetics, achievements, and settings. This never leaves your device and is not visible to us. You can erase it at any time:

• In the Game: open Settings, then Erase save data.
• Or delete the app, which removes all of its local data.

3) Game Center and Google Play Games (optional)

If you choose to sign in to Game Center (Apple) or Google Play Games (Google), the Game submits your scores to leaderboards operated by Apple or Google. This is optional: if you decline or are signed out, the Game works fully and simply does not submit scores.

These leaderboard services are provided by Apple and Google under their own privacy policies, and any data involved is handled by them, not by us. We do not receive or store your Game Center or Play Games identity beyond what the operating system uses to show leaderboards on your device.

4) Advertising and tracking

Hoverline contains no advertising and no tracking. It does not use analytics SDKs, advertising identifiers, or any cross-app tracking. It does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission because it does not track you.

5) Children

Hoverline is suitable for all ages and collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

6) Your rights

Because we do not collect or hold any of your personal data, there is nothing on our side to access, correct, or delete. The only data the Game creates is stored on your device and is fully under your control (see section 2).

8) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the Game changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to make them clear. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version.
